but there is a method to the madness
Facebook is rolling out a new timeline shortly and one of the changes is that cover photos will show up BIG TIME when you see that one of your friends has liked or commented on a page.

So if my cover photo is going to show up in more news feeds I want to be sure to capture that opportunity by sharing more about what I do.
My business name
Facebook has lightened up their rules on what can be on your cover photo.
On December 17th, 2012 they said no to:
- website, email, snail mail
- like us, share now
- any call to action
But these are now all OKAY
and that is a big deal!
If your cover photo doesn't make it abundantly clear who you are and what you do, you will be missing out on an awesome opportunity to grow your brand.
